Spinach & Mandarin Orange Salad
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in halves
- 1/2 Cup Spinach Fresh
- 1/2 Cup Mandarin Orange
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Ounces Grilled Chicken
- Toss the spinach, tomatoes and oranges well.
- Layer the grilled chicken on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and vinegar over the salad. Enjoy!
