Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz size
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cans Minced Clams 6 1/2 oz
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large sauce pan. Saute the green pepper and mushrooms until soft yet not browned.
- Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Slowly add the tomatoes and their liquid, stirring constantly.
- Add the remaining ingredients, including the clams with liquid. Heat thoroughly until cheese has melted.
