  1. Place the eggs in a large pot, cover with water, add the salt, bring to a brisk boil, then boil for 7 minutes.
  2. Set the eggs aside to cool for ten minutes, drain, then peel.
  3. Cut the eggs in half, and place the yolks in a medium size bowl.
  4. Mix the yolks, relish, mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne, salt & black pepper well.
  5. Spoon the yolk mixture into the eggs, then sprinkle a bit of paprika on top of the yolk mixture.
